Once Eastern European criminals Oleg and Emil come to New york to pick up their share of a heist score, Oleg steals a video camera and starts picture taking their activities, some legal and illegal.
Once they learn however the American media circus can make a merciless killer resemble the victim and make them rich, they target media-savvy NYPD Kill Detective Eddie Flemming and media-naive FDNY Fire fighter Jordy Warszawa, the cops work their murder and torching of their former criminal partner, photography everything to sell to the local tabloid Television program “Top Story.”
